Canada: Land of Maple Syrup... and Evil?

This full-page article on the inherently evil nature of Canadians was too funny not to share. It appeared in the trashy UK tabloid Sunday Sport, and seems to be a blatant attempt at capitalizing on the headline-heavy case of the self-styled "playboy" turned grisly murder suspect Luka Rocco Magnotta.

Personally speaking, I think Simon Dean should have put more effort into researching this article, which begs the question: Are Canadians the most evil race on earth?

A few notes from someone who is all too familiar with The Evil White North:

  • First and foremost, there is no such thing as the Canadian "race." Canada is a country, not a human classification system.
  • Secondly, the photo accompanying the blurb on notorious schoolgirl killers Paul Bernardo and his then-wife Karla Homolka is actually a photo of the actors who played them in a movie based on their crimes.
  • Last but not least, no disgraced air force commander Russell Williams? If taking time out from one's job running the largest military base in the country to commit treacherous acts of murder and mayhem isn't "evil," I don't know what is...

  1. Hahahaha! This is so ridiculous! A friend of mine in the UK complained about the 'tabloidisation' of every newspaper in his country and seeing this, I can't agree more! Its almost like Perez Hilton is the editor of this one:P
Poor Misha Collins. He repented doing this movie later on so he should be mighty pissed at this!
    And canadian RACE? Oh well.

  2. Yeah, I'm still laughing at it, too. Perhaps Trey Parker and Matt Stone had it right, after all? ;)

  3. I am Canadian too, and let me tell you there is a big best kept secret in Canada: As a country that accepts and helps millions of refugees or expatriates, the country is filled with them. Many came from the II world war, very very messed up survivors, either Jewish, or europeans that suffered one way or the other in the war, but also criminals that went away to the land of Milk and Maple Syrup. As a result, these immigrants created a whole new generation of messed up children, that had everything their parents lacked of, and that were spoiled rotten by parents that were too mentally damaged to direct or correct or guide their children. As a result, a huge amount of evil people lives and works in Canada, some of them are evil because evil was done to them when they were young or children in the war. Now they are adults, but were the generation that comitted horrible atrocities against the aboriginal peoples of Canada under the Roman Catholic church, and their associated churches that runned the Residential Schools for Aboriginal peoples. The children in the hands of these perverts are a whole new generation of damaged people that either resort to alcohol and drugs to cope, or ended up in the sex trade. I bet that Eric's parents are actually children of immigrants from Europe, the nazi Europe. He inherited 3 generations of evil done to them or by them depending on the case.
Yes that is Canada's best kept secret, is filled with messed up people that is well taken care by the system that have a grip on them. Some of them slide right off their hands and become Homolkas or Bernardos, or Magnottas.
Believe me, there are many many many messed up peoples living in Canada amongst us.

  4. Valentina: Thanks for your comment, however, I'm not sure that I agree with your logic. Canada is a nation of immigrants; the only ethnic group with any real right to claim "here first" status are the Aboriginal peoples, who were largely shipped off to live on reserves. To suggest that the children of Jewish or European immigrants somehow grew into a killer race of "evil" Canadians smacks of racism to me.

Well, if they had included him they might have to look a little closer into the mirror than they'd perhaps like. The ex-Colonel Williams was actually born in the land of Jack the Ripper.

  6. Too true!!! I'd feature his vile, murdering ass here, but I'm trying to keep my focus narrowed to violent females.
